My TOTD was a short daily encouraging text message that I started sending to my closest contacts over the last four years and now I’ve decided to make it a tad bit longer and post on the site. It is my personal experience and/or opinion, written daily to encourage you, inspired you or to tell you that you are not the only one going through! Enjoy.

Never let life get you down. Sad and disheartening things occur everyday, but you have to remember that the dynamics of life is what makes it beautiful. The downs make us cherish the ups even more. The sad times make us yearn for happy times.
Whatever you may be going through, know that it is temporal. Nothing stays the same for long, especially bad times. And in the words of the great Bob Marley, “Don’t worry about a thing, ’cause every little thing is gonna be alright!”
