On July 12th the Brooklyn District Attorney’s criminal case against

Inga Marchand aka Foxy Brown collapsed after the victim refused to testify that she was mooned by the rap diva.

Foxy Brown, 32, hugged her lawyers after the judge dismissed the misdemeanor charge of violating an order of protection.

The complainant Arlene Raymond told the District Attorney’s office that she did not want to take the stand at the trial scheduled to begin today in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

A source familiar with the case said Raymond told prosecutors that her lawyer had concluded

There was no money to be made” by suing Brown so she did not want to cooperate any further in the criminal case.

Brown’s lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo announced he intends to sue the city, the NYPD and the D.A.’s office for malicious prosecution!

Wahhh????? How about the City of New York sue THE ILL NA NA for being a REPEAT OFFENDER! To add insult to injury, Brown was
convicted of bashing this same neighbor’s head with her Blackberry in 2007.

According to her FOXY highness, “It’s rooted in jealousy, it’s a scary thing like borderline obsession.” She added “Someone wants to be you and have the life I worked very hard for.”

Foxy needs to seriously fall back. Or go learn a trade, or do nails like Serena or something. Not only is she crazy….but she’s broke, delusional and crazy!!!!
