Controversial dancehall artist, Adidja “Vybz Kartel” Palmer is now trying his hand at the reality television ticket with his “Teacha’s Pet” show, scheduled for Fall 2011.

With a story line similar to “Flavor of Love” & “For the Love of Ray J” 20 females will compete for Kartel’s heart. “This will be another first for dancehall music: a reality show similar to Flavor of Love. Twenty girls from all over the world, vying for the quote-unquote love of Vybz Kartel, vying for my heart, wherever that is,” said business mogul Kartel.

“The biggest do – it might sound very chauvinistic but I love submissive females. Can I say that?” stated “Di Teacha” in an interview.

This might be Vybz Kartel’s chance to find his second wife. Kartel was married in 2005 to Stacy-Ann Elliott but got a divorce in 2008.

With the world in a craze with reality TV, throw in some Jamaican hot body gyals, exotic females from around the world, Jamaican patois (subtitles included) and some girl fights for Kartel’s attention and the world will be hooked!

Let’s see who will win the heart of the Portmore Empire leader Adidja “Vybz Kartel” Palmer.

“Teacha’s Pet” is seeking 10 Girls internationally and 10 girls from across Jamaica.

All applicants must submit their contact info including name, age, phone number, pictures, and (optional video clip), of themselves to teachaspet@gmail.com, For a chance to be one of the 20 contestants in the reality TV show. Casting ends August 5th 2011.

All girls must be able to live in Kingston, Jamaica for four weeks starting August 20th 2011.

Must be 18 years or older. All submissions must be submitted on or before August 5th, 2011. Interviews and selections will all be made prior to August 8th 2011.

Ian Alleyne is the is a tough as nails talk show host of Trinidad and Tobago’s very popular Crime Watch.

At 6pm today he revealed on his show that gunmen opened fire on his moving car in Couva, however, it was his entourage and not Ian in the vehicle at the time.

It has been rumored for weeks that Mr. Alleyne’s life has been being targeted. This assassination attempt definitely brings the point home. A couple of weeks, he appeared on his show with $500,000 hard cold cash on the his set table urging the pubic to come forth and claim the money if they had reliable and true information surrounding the death threats. Well Trinidad and Tobago, all those blue notes can be yours, snitch and you could get rich!

Ian has been doing such a great job of uncovering the criminals and scumbags in T&T. He was even brought back to TV6 by the urging of the nation when his show was cancelled.

SIDEBAR: Ian Alleyne is also the brother of Danah Alleyne, the then 15 year old that made headline news around the world for allowing Akon to dry hump on stage at Zen, during his 2007 visit to Trinidad and Tobago.
