So whatever happened to one of New York’s most popular DJ groups?
Like dey dash wey the voice of their sound and installed the thief! Yes man….dat said thief. This is something I find very strange and quite interesting, since some years ago, one of the members told me that said “thief” had sticky fingers!
Well if they were off the radar last year, with a tief as part of their crew, they’ve gone to the dogs. By the way, whatever happened to the mic man. I hope he’s not nursing his wounds. How can a sound system have two mic men? Yuh know how long they plotting to kick him out de group! Sad but true story. I guess their time has come and gone since the new generation of Caribbean soundsystem like Pantrin Vybz are doing it large.

There is a promoter on the party scene and he is one of the most annoying cnuts one can ever come across. I hear he used to throw parties in Queens but run into “money” issues. So….now he has moved his party promotions to Brooklyn. Dude…..I hear yuh have real money but I think yuh going about your business in a haphazard and annoyingly bad fashion. No one in Brooklyn supports your parties cause your name eh good. Your parties doh make; whether its $20 or a penny at the door. So please, do us a favor, either find another promoter to be the face of your desperately sinking promotional business or just quit and stop over-saturating the market with bullshit parties and annoying flicking Facebook messages. Thanks!

Brooklyn has to have the richest people set of people in New York. Yes man! Where else can you see the same set of people in 5 parties on any given weekend, bottle poppin’ and all that jazz? S/O to all the hardworking jet-setting Caribbean immigrants that have a 9-5, a side hustle and own a business. To you I say….pop dem bottles!!!!
But I beseech all fake ballers to please stop de fackery! Everyone knows you don’t have money. All dat flashing you’re doing and you still don’t have your own apartment and still renting a room? A room jed? I know I am probably talking about a lot of DJs here…sorry eh. How many DJs that have been in the game for donkey years but don’t have their own sound systems? Big promoters that don’t own a house? Or those “sexy” females rocking new outfits, always looking extra fly with clutches and purses with NO MONEY in it because they spent it all on their weaves! These are the people you envy so much? Allyuh mad awah?
Stop de nonsense and take care of allyuh kids, save for their college tuition or invest your money in some property and I’m not talking about car….you know the one some of you sleep in!
Word to the wise, GET A JOB, start a business and do something constructive with your life that warrants a real celebration of popping bottles! C’mon people…

P.S. Listen fellas. A lot of you coming out the closet in Brooklyn ever since gay marriage was made legal in New York. The answer is No….you cannot marry yuh best friend for him to give yuh yuh papers. So stop asking!
