In case you missed it, we published this photo on our JAY BLESSED Facebook fan page, but now things have taken a different turn for the “wining NYPD cop!”
It is being called dry humping…..sure looks like it. However, for everyone outside of the Caribbean/ West Indian community it might be hard to grasp, but this is what happens during the West Indian Day Parade.
Here’s what the NYPost wrote:
“The NYPD has launched an investigation after a raunchy YouTube video surfaced featuring uniformed officers gyrating and rubbing their crotches against semi-nude women at the violence-racked West Indian Day Parade in Brooklyn.
The explicit footage shows the cops wildly bumping and grinding against the sexy, barely clad dancers as the women strut their stuff in the raucous Sept. 5 parade on Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights.”
Sadly enough, he is not the first cop to dance in this lewd and acceptable manner during the parade. He’s just the first to be blasted on WorldStarHipHop and all over the world!
