Soca diva Nadia Batson has officially launched the first ever all female band, SASS.

The “Caribbean Girl” Batson, debuted her full all-female band SASS to much fanfare this last Wednesday, at the Anchorage in Trinidad.

Not new to groups, Batson now shares the stage in her own band with featured lead vocalists, Megan Walrond and Terri Lyons; Alana White, drummer; Alysha Alleyne, samples; Candice Marcus, bass, Koryse Pereira, guitar; Candace Moore, keyboards; Joanna Hutton, background vocals; Elena Rawlins, background vocals, with dancers Jameelah Phillips, Siann Charles and Shervell Williams.
