“I am going there to give a great performance for the people of St. Lucia. My heart goes out to them because of the recent tragedy where 17 people died in that bus accident, so mi ah try help them with the healing. To get over something like that is not easy, losing so many people one time on a small island like that…mi feel dem pain,” Khago said in an earlier release.
The international act performed his hits such as “Nah Sell Out,” “Blood a Boil,” “Gwaan Live My Life,” “Nah Mek Dem Draw My Energy” and “White Ts and Adidas.”
Khago gave the audience his all resulting in his fans begging for an encore.
“I felt great that I did so well my first time in St. Lucia, mi love the people, mi love the culture,” Khago said in a release.
Legendary reggae act Stephen McGregor performed as well as, Corey Todd Records artiste Jahvinci also belted out his big hits while showing respect and sending condolences to the families of the 17 people killed in the tragic bus accident.
