Congratulations to former Miss Trinidad and Tobago and Project Runway Season 9 winner, Anya Ayoung-Chee and her longtime boyfriend, acclaimed photographer Wyatt Gallery, who popped the ultimate question.
A jubilant Anya posted on her facebook earlier today:
Gallery chose the romantic route, with a secret proposal during the sunrise on a mountain top in Galisteo, New Mexico.
How sweet!!!
The two met seven years ago at the Tuesday Night fete – Eyes Wide Shut in Trinidad.
Can you imagine that? Ladies…this is true living testament that you can definitely meet Mr. Right in a fete!
Anya and Gallery dated for five and half years and during that time they both weathered an international scandal, a break-up and the death of Anya’s youngest brother, Pilar.
Surely they have been through their own personal valleys but alas, through it all, they’ve made it to the mountain top…together!
