It’s A Wrap!!! Fat Joe and Wife To End 17-Year Marriage Due To Infidelity

After almost two decades of marriage, it looks like Lorena Cartegena, wife of rap veteran Fat Joe, is ready to call time on their relationship.

According to reports currently circulating the internet, the cause of the split is Joe’s rumored infidelity, which has been inspired by his getting “a little too confident” after recent dramatic weight loss.

TheYBF.com claim Joe has been caught stepping out with a 26-year-old Dubai-born mistress in Miami, where the rapper resides with his wife and five-year-old daughter.

A source says Lorena was alerted to the affair after pictures of the pair were text messaged to her by “a very close friend of the Terror Squad crew,” adding: “Happy to say, Lorena is fine and well at this point and as stressful as the situation has been for her, she has a lot of peace with just raising her daughter.”

Fat Joe, the latino rapper born to Cuban and Puerto Rican parents, began his career in 1993, after releasing his debut album, “Represent.” While the South Bronx-born rapper would make five more albums, his 2004 collaboration with Terror Squad member Remy Ma for “Lean Back” would be his most popular hit.

There’s no word yet as to when official divorce papers will be filed.
