Today the world acknowledges the 67th birthday of Reggae King and international music legend, Bob Marley.
Born Robert Nest Marley was born on 6 February 1945 in the village of Nine Mile in Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica.
The Grammy-award winning, platinum selling, original “Worl Boss” – Bob Marley, has solely been responsible for the growth and popularity of Jamaican reggae music and the Rastafarian movement.
Bob died on May 11th, 1981 at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital in Miami (now University of Miami Hospital) at the age of 36 from complications of cancer.

His legacy lives on through his children, his music and his teachings of world peace and unity.
