Condolences go out to dancehall legend Rodney Price aka Bounty Killer and his family on the passing of his beloved mother, Miss Ivy.
The dancehall world is mourning along with Price, who lost his mom in the wee hours of February 26th. She was 71.
Price expressed his loss via twitter with this tweet:

Price and his mother shared a very close bond, with him referring to his mother in several of his songs including the 1996 single, Miss Ivy Last Son. The “War Lord” even accompanied his mother to the St. Catherine based Agape Christian Fellowship Church on several occasions.
