British pop star and former UK X Factor winner, Alexandra Burke has fueled rumors that she and hot tamale Tottenham Hotspur footballer, Jermain Defoe, got something going on when she sent him messages on Twitter.
Are we reading into this Twitter thing too much? Well, Alex, a ManU supporter, caught the attention of her fans when she started tweeting the hunk from the opposing Spurs team.
Alex tweeted Man U player Wayne Rooney a message of support before writing to Jermain: “LOL. Gwarn Defoe… 
Rumors have been circulating that the singer of Jamaican heritage and the superstar footballer of St. Lucian and Dominican parentage, are romantically involved.
“Alexandra had been playing hard to get and a lot of flirting was going on. She finally gave in the other week and they took things further,” a source told The Sun.
“They are both really happy and looking forward to meeting up more often when she comes off her UK tour.”
We hear Defoe likes to horn…but we hear that 23 year old Burke ain’t no pushover either! We have our eyes on these two!
