Today the world remembers rap legend, Christopher Wallace aka the Notorious B.I.G, 15 years after he was brutally murdered in Los Angeles.
The son of Jamaican parents went from a Brooklyn street hustler to Brooklyn’s rap don, shooting to stardom in the early 90s.
Though his untimely murder came when he was only 24 years old, the Notorious B.I.G. managed to delivered two classic albums which would forever we revered in rap history. The first was Ready to Die in 1994 and the second, the double-album Life After Death, was released 15 days after he was killed in California.
Biggie is heralded as one of the greatest rappers of all times and personified a true rags to riches lifestyle when he made it out the hood!
He is the father of two children, T’Yanna Wallace with former girlfriend, Jan Jackson…

and Christopher “CJ’ Wallace with wife, Faith Evans.

The Notorious B.I.G.’s legacy also consists of the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation, a children’s schools’ charity, started by his mother, Voletta Wallace.

Biggie’s biographical film, Notorious, was released in 2009 and starred rapper Jamal “Gravy” Woolard as the rap star. To date, the film has grossed over $43,000,000 worldwide.
