Premier Caribbean fine dining locale, Sugarcane Restaurant, and it’s delicious food were featured early this morning on Fox 5′s Good Day New York.
Head Chef Andell Brown, who has been with the restaurant since they opened their doors over 9 years ago, prepared Sugarcane’s famous curried shrimp roti, which weatherman Mike Woods totally devoured and also their very popular, Jerked wings.
Here’s the clip of Chef Andell doing his thing!
“We are absolutely very proud to have our Trinidadian cuisine featured on Fox 5. We feel very privileged and blessed to have had the opportunity,” said Charmaine Gumbs, co-owner of Sugarcane Restaurant.
Too bad Sugarcane couldn’t have the morning hosts imbibe on their world famous, sorrel martinis!
