On May 5, 2012, Ayah Africa Enterprises presents Desbert Johnson, also known as the artiste Chezidek, who will be performing live at the Belmont Community Center, which is located on Jerningham Avenue.
The event, a celebration of African Liberation Day, will take place from 9 P.M to 4 A.M, with live entertainment starting at 12 A.M sharp. There will be a roots wear and jewelry showcase by Asha Mandela’s Zulu Earth Solutions, Culture Shack, and Ayah Africa Enterprises.

Asha Mandela will be the special guest for the evening. In addition, she will be giving away special prizes and showcasing her products.
Some of the proceeds from the event will go towards education-based initiatives for the Rastafarian community. Prizes will be awarded to the best dressed King and Queen in African attire.
