Forbes Magazine recently released their annual Celebrity 100 List for 2012 and guess who made the list? You guessed it, our very own Caribbean diva Rihanna.
Rihanna was only just honored as one of TIMES 100 Most Influential People and now this. She doesn’t miss a beat. The Celebrity 100 List is compiled by looking at the celebrity’s pretax income for the year as well as their fame; this includes how often we see their faces and names on TV, in movies and their social media following.
Our Bajan Beauty comes in 4th on this list and this is her very first time on the list. Congratulations Rihanna!!!!! This accomplishment can be credited to endorsements with the likes of Vita Coco and Nivea. Reb’l Fleur her fragrance collection for women helps to add millions to her funds, not forgetting her packed tour schedule. Rihanna has done over 85 shows worldwide in the past 12 months.
Her recent hits “We Found Love” and “Talk That Talk” and her Facebook following also contribute to this honor. Rihanna has over 53 million Facebook fans. WOW! This makes her second only to Eminem.
There is no stopping Rihanna! Though with reports of recent hospital visits I just pray that she is taking care of herself, we wouldn’t want anything severe to happen to our Caribbean girl.
Congrats again Rihanna, keep up the good work! (AND do remember to take it easy every now and then).
