BTA says they’re not involved in rumored Rihanna/Jay-Z concert during Crop Over.

The Barbados Tourism Authority (BTA) is saying “NOT ME” as they come under fire from Bajans over a rumored Rihanna/Jay-Z concert to be held at Kensington Oval during Crop Over.

The BTA has categorically denied any involvement in a reportedly planned Rihanna and Jay-Z show to be held in Barbados on August 4.

According to BTA Chairman, Adrian Elcock, the BTA would not have engaged the Barbadian international superstar (and their official tourism ambassador) to perform during Crop Over festivities.

“I know there are some parties trying to agitate for something but the BTA is definitely not involved in any planned Rihanna concert on August 4. It’s a rumour,” he stressed.
