Jamaica’s most successful crossover artiste Shaggy will headline the “adidas Jamboree” event on Randall’s Island, New York this Saturday, June 9th. The event will take place at the conclusion of the annual adidas Grand Prix where world elite athletes – Yohan Blake (100 meter world-champion), Veronica Campbell-Brown (200 meters Olympic champion), Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce (100 meters Olympic champion) and Dayron Robles (World Record-holder 110 meters hurdles) will compete.
Also slated to perform are Shabba Ranks, Jamaica’s musical ambassador Richie Stephens and soca darling Fay-Ann Lyons.
