It has been confirmed that Rihanna’s show at Rock in Rio, scheduled for July 5th is cancelled.
According to the organizers, Rihanna’s appearance is being cancelled due to personal reasons which is obviously the death of her beloved grandmother.
Tickets can be exchanged or returned.
Rock in Rio is a series of music festivals originating in Brazil. It is held annually in three cities: Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, Lisbon in Portugal and Madrid in Spain.
Today at 1pm ET, Rihanna fans all over the world gave her grandmother Dolly a special tribute, with one minute of silence all social pages.
