Sad news as Rihanna’s beloved grandmother, Ciara “Dolly” Brathwaite, passed away.
Rihanna broke the news via Twitter, that her dear grandmother passed away, after battling with Cancer.
Ever since she found out her grandma was very ill, the 24 year old singer has made it her top priority to visit Gran Gran Dolly in the hospital for the past couple months.
Rihanna and the family matriarch have been stars on Instagram of recent, but it was Twitter that the news was broken:
