Today the world is talking about Rihanna’s condition after she posted a photo of herself yesterday on the social network, Instagram, shortly after her beloved grandmother’s funeral.
On July 10th, Rihanna and family finally laid her grandmother Clara “Dolly” Brathwaite, to rest after her battle with cancer.
Rihanna seemed more than sad but rather at total loss and drained in the instagram pic she posted holding a bottle of local Banks beer:
“I had to!! Sorry Granny”
It’s obvious in the pic posted that Rihanna was crying from the puffiness under her eyes. The distinct dark circles could also be attributed to the pop star’s stress and lack of sleep due to her touring and now, family tragedy.
The funeral‘for GranGran Dolly took place at the Emmanuel Baptist Church in St. Michael and was “attended by the top brass of the Barbados Tourism Authority, including Minister of Tourism Richard Sealy, chairman Adrian Elcock and president David Rice.”

Rihanna, recently returned from performing at the Barclaycard Festival in Hyde Park London and is now gearing up for the premiere of her fashion reality show “Styled To Rock” on Sky TV next month.
In the meantime, we hope Rih gets better…work never ends!
