Hollywood actress Tamera Mowry-Housley looks amazing is on the cover of MONARCH Magazine’s Summer issue.
The American actress of Bahamian heritage, who on July 6th celebrated her 34th birthday along with her twin sis, Tia, gets intimate in the pages of MONARCH.
Inside, the mother-to-be talks about stepping in front of the camera for her reality show, Tia & Tamera, how she’s enjoying the married life as well as what she thinks about becoming a mother.
ON FILMING ‘TIA & TAMERA’:
“Honestly, it’s very difficult. When we did the pilot, I really didn’t know how difficult it was going to be. Doing this I had to really work on allowing myself to open up and accept the fact that people are going to judge me as a person. We’re used to people criticizing the character we play, but not who were are as people. It took some work.”
ON BEING A MARRIED WOMAN:
“I know this is going to sound cliché, but I really love being a wife. I love being my husband’s wife and cooking for him and taking care of him. I just love him.”
ON MOTHERHOOD & HER CAREER:
“You change your perspective. It’s not about you; it’s about providing for that child and making the best future for your child.”
Footage from the shoot, which was done on-location at L’Hermitage in Los Angeles, will be featured on an upcoming episode on the second season of “Tia & Tamera,” on the Style Network.
