The “Taste of the Caribbean” culinary competition was recently at the Hyatt Regency, Miami.

Eleven teams participated in Taste of the Caribbean, hailing from Anguilla, The Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Curacao, Haiti, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago and United States Virgin Islands.
In case you missed it, the top honors of the night went of Caribbean National Team of the Year, sponsored by U.S. Dairy Export Council was presented to the Puerto Rico Culinary Team. While the Caribbean Chef of the Year, sponsored by Sysco was presented to Devon Joseph of Trinidad & Tobago
