UPCOMING: Caribbean cuisine, Chefs, Charity + more for OceanStyle’s RESERVEDnyc

Get ready for a wonderful evening of great food and good vibes at the ultimate Caribbean culinary event in New York called  RESERVEDnyc – Chefs of the Caribbean.

On Wednesday July 25th at the New York’s Penthouse – Studio 450,  OceanStyle Magazine will present RESERVEDnyc. – “An Evening of Culinary Excellence” featuring traditional and modern Caribbean cuisine prepared by five different chefs from top restaurants and hotels in the Caribbean.

RESERVEDnyc is touted to be a memorable culinary experience tailored for an audience with an appreciation for fine living and exquisite food.  An intimate affair, guests will have the opportunity to feast on over 12 different dishes and interact directly with five different chefs from top restaurants and hotels in the Caribbean.

Confirmed chefs include Chef Veejooruth Purmessur of Sandals/Beaches Resorts, Caribbean; Chef Kingsley John of  SoCo Restaurant, New York; Chef Kai Bechinger of The Tryall Club, Jamaica; Chef Christophe Blatz of  Curtain Bluff Resort, Antigua and Chef Kevin Broderick, Two Time Chef of the Year, Jamaica!

The elegant evening will also feature a Silent Auction of  items including a 4 day/3 night stay at Sandals Exuma, limited edition autographed prints from Marc Baptiste and Johnny Vincent, Broadway tickets and Zumba class passes, and designer garments from Catherine Malandrino, Calvin Klein and Project Runway Season 9 winner,  Anya Ayoung Chee.

The auction will  benefit Anya’s Trinidad-based non-profit organization, TallMan Foundation.

Dinner accompanied by wine and a cocktail bar plus live music are all included for the upcoming festivities.
