Tanya Lacey is a British singer and songwriter with Antiguan linkages. Her latest hits include cheerful tunes likes ‘Letter To My Ex’ and ‘Greatness’ which has had some time in and around the charts.
Tanya is currently working on the release of her extended play which has a mixture of soulful, uptempo, reggae/ragga and some rap tracks. She’s set and very excited to be shooting her next video in Antigua. Tanya wants to do for Antigua what Rihanna did for Barbados.
“I think it’s such a beautiful country. I mean people know about it but not as much as they do other places like Barbados. So I’d really love to get Antigua out there on the map more, it has so much to offer.” – Tanya in an interview with TaleTela.
Tanya resided briefly in St. Paul, Antigua. It is here that her passion and determination for making it big arose. Tanya’s mom is British-Antiguan.
Tanya is the architect behind Will.I.Am’s single T.H.E (The Hardest Ever) featuring Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger.
