The countdown is on for the Miss World pageant, slated for Saturday August 18 at the Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium in Ordos, China.
Before the grande finale, the lovely ladies from around the world are already participating in a number of competitions.
One such competition is the Beach Fashion competition where 40 contestants out of the 116 are now semi-finalists in this challenge event; five of whom are from the Caribbean.
Those who successfully made it to the semis include Trinidad & Tobago’s Athaliah Tizrah Samuel; Jamaica’s Deanna Robins; Puerto Rico’s Janelee Marcus Chaparro Colon; Guadeloupe’s Brigitte Golabkan and Martinique’s Andy Govindin.
Congratulations to the semifinalists in this competition and Best wishes to the ladies as they prepare for the big night.
